Availability of Pieces: Most of my work is one of a kind. Some of the beads are irreplaceable (e.g.: vintage beads), and some are unique (lampworked beads). I may not always be able to reproduce items that you see on the site. If you would like a piece that I have already sold, I will let you know if I can reproduce it, or if I can make a similar piece.  

Multiple (duplicate) items: Although the cart may allow you to place an order for more than one of any particular item, don't do it!  I don't make duplicate items. If you see something that you want duplicates of, please e-mail me before ordering. Fused glass pieces are always unique--it is nearly impossible to make exact duplicates (although I might be able to make something that is close).

Payment: You can pay through PayPal, or by money order or personal check. Please be aware that if you send a personal check, I will need to wait for it to clear before sending your order.

Shopping Cart: The shopping cart is on a secure server to protect your information. This information is not shared with anyone, and we do not sell mailing lists.

Shipping and Delivery: There is free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.00 (not including tax or mailing costs).

U.S. Shipping: I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail, and insure all packages. I will send out your items as soon as possible--usually within one or two days. If you need something quickly, please let me know. Custom orders will take longer, usually about a week. Again, let me know if you need a custom order quickly and I will let you know if I can accommodate you. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (unless you requested priority or express shipping). I will contact you via email when I ship your item.
